It wasn’t until recently (in my mid-twenties) that I finally found a skincare routine that finally cleared up the years of torment I put my skin through!
Sunshine, vacations, relaxation, and margaritas on the beach…
But let’s be real, Summer isn’t as perfect as we wish. It’s hot, vacations are at a halt at the moment and we are either working or staying indoors.
Everyone has daily reminders whether it’s the day’s to-do’s, or tomorrow’s stresses, we are constantly thinking about it.
But how many of them are positive, encouraging thoughts?
What will it take to start embracing yourself more?
This is a question I’ve been asking myself as of late.
