The People Pleaser is someone who goes out of their way to make others happy and to make sure no one finds fault in them.
They will so easily give up everything at once to go and do whatever is asked.
But once the pleasing is done they are left in overwhelming amounts of emotions, feeling tired and wishing that for once someone can come and hear them out the way they do for others.
This is me.
With self-love comes self-worth.
Have you ever felt so good about where and who you are that nothing can stop you?
Everyone has daily reminders whether it’s the day’s to-do’s, or tomorrow’s stresses, we are constantly thinking about it.
But how many of them are positive, encouraging thoughts?
Happiness is a choice.
Even in the saddest of times, you can still find the light at the end of the tunnel.
Every day there are things we have to do.
Either you stress out and do as much as you can or you leave it aside telling yourself you’ll do it later and end up wishing you did it by the end of the day.
There are so many things you can do to achieve your dream.
Like just going after it or being at the right place at the right time.
But for most of us, it doesn’t always happen that way.
Look into the mirror and what self-image do you see?
How do you feel when you see it? Do you feel as though you’re that confident person that can conquer all that comes your way?
Or do you feel as though the person staring back has every flaw magnified and wishing you looked different or have something you don’t currently possess?
