Yes, setting goals is self-care because having a goal in mind, and going after it is you accepting your desires.
Write down a few goals that you want to accomplish before the end of the year. Whether big or small, having a focus will ease the tension of the day.

15-30 minutes of napping is perfect to unwind in the middle of the day.
So if you’re feeling overwhelmed or need a little break, take that guilt-free nap.
Summer self-care doesn’t have to be complicated. Doing little things that make you feel good or just happy is what helps fill that self-love tank.
